Joe Pastore moved to Florida in 1972 after leaving Long Island, New York. He is one of eight children through marriage, and graduated in 1975 from Hernando High school. Throughout his high school career he worked in construction and drywall finishing with his father. He soon moved on to working for Publix supermarkets, where he met Kevin Giguere and hired him when Kevin was 15 years old. Robin Pastore was born in Dunedin, Florida, and has lived in Florida her whole life. She is one of four children. She graduated in 1976 from Hudson high, and met Joe through her sister. She also worked for Publix supermarkets along with Joe. Joe and Robin were married in 1977 and soon after had their first child Joseph Nicholas Pastore, and 14 years later Christina Pastore was born. They have one daughter in-law, Jolene Pastore, and two grandkids, Alexandra and Madison. In 1981 Pastore Custom Builders was opened, and has successfully been in business for the past 30 years. Along with the building business, they also have the businesses Alternative Septic, Hitek Truss Company, Calcutta Holdings, Mariner Village plazas, T.J Outfightings, K&R gold recycling, and the latest opportunity- My Video Talk. Even though neither Joe, nor Robin, attended college, they have maintained a trusted reputation in the business community based on hard work , the help of family, and the ability to be constantly learning and open to new ideas or possibilities to help themselves, and those around them. My Video Talk has been and an exciting endeavor in which they hope to advance to another business accomplishment.
